We are seeking a pastor to actively help fulfill our mission and vision by leading weekly worship with faithful preaching and a strong grounding in the Word. The pastor will provide compassionate care and counseling to congregation members, including visiting the sick and offering home communion when needed. They will offer thoughtful financial stewardship input through a solid understanding of budgeting practices and accurate time and expense reporting. In addition, the Pastor will serve as a valuable resource to church leaders and committees, helping them set clear plans and meaningful goals for our ministry and mission.

The pastor will also work closely with church leadership to consider, propose, and guide changes that support the long‑term sustainability of our ministry. They will represent our church actively and warmly within the wider community, fostering connections, promoting an ecumenical spirit, and encouraging the congregation to do the same. Seeking fellowship and support from other church leaders—within our region, presbytery, and the Lodi pastoral community—will be an important part of this role. Finally, the pastor is encouraged to prioritize personal wellness, renewing body, mind, and spirit in order to serve the congregation with energy, clarity, and joy.
