We are seeking a pastor to actively help fulfill our mission and vision by leading weekly worship with faithful preaching and a strong grounding in the Word. The pastor will provide compassionate care and counseling to congregation members, including visiting the sick and offering home communion when needed. They will offer thoughtful financial stewardship input through a solid understanding of budgeting practices and accurate time and expense reporting. In addition, the Pastor will serve as a valuable resource to church leaders and committees, helping them set clear plans and meaningful goals for our ministry and mission.

The pastor will also work closely with church leadership to consider, propose, and guide changes that support the long‑term sustainability of our ministry. They will represent our church actively and warmly within the wider community, fostering connections, promoting an ecumenical spirit, and encouraging the congregation to do the same. The called pastor will inspire us and collaborate with us to reimagine a faithful future. We particularly wish to increase appeal to new members of all ages.

The pastor will lead the congregation in worship by preparing inspiring sermons and guiding Sunday and special services, partnering with the Worship Committee and Minister of Music to create meaningful themes and music. As Head of Staff, they will help nurture a healthy, collaborative church culture by serving ex officio on all committees, moderating Session, mentoring office personnel, and leading the Elder and Deacon retreat.

With a heart for service, the pastor will support and grow mission and outreach efforts, building on strong existing partnerships with local schools, food programs, and other community organizations. They will offer compassionate pastoral care through visits and spiritual support, working with Deacons to accompany the sick and homebound, and will officiate baptisms, weddings, and funerals with warmth and care.
